Your hair appointment is reserved JUST FOR YOU. I kindly ask that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel, reschedule or change your appointment. Please understand that I have a long waitlist. This policy is in place to respect my time and to respect all those who are waiting for an appointment. Thank you for understanding!

48 Hour Notice: Okay
24 Hour Notice: 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file before a new appointment can be scheduled.
Same Day/ No Show: 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file before a new appointment can be scheduled.

NOTE: If you test positive for Covid or are sick at all the day of your appointment, I will make an exception to this policy. I’d rather you simply reschedule than come in and risk getting myself or others ill. Plus, I have a strict sick policy below you should be aware of. 😷🤘

SICK/MASK POLICY:

WHEN WE WILL WEAR A MASK:

  • October 1st- March 31st as these months are typically the start, height, and end of “cold and flu season”.

  • Any time you have been in contact with someone who was sick with cold, flu, covid, etc. within 14 days of your appointment and YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS of your own. 😷

  • If you have been sick within 14 days of your appointment, but have NO lingering symptoms. 😷

  • If you have been sick MORE than 14 days prior to your appointment and have MILD lingering symptoms. Ie; you were sick a month ago but have a pesky cough that won’t go away. 😷

  • If any of the above apply to you, I ask that you simply be honest and just let me know and we will both mask up. 😷

WHEN WE DON’T NEED TO WEAR A MASK:

  • April 1st- September 30th as long as you nor anyone you’ve been in contact with in the last 14 days prior to your appointment has been sick with anything and you feel healthy and wonderful. ☺️

  • If for any reason you feel more comfortable wearing a mask in the salon, let me know and I’m happy to mask up with you. 😷

WHEN TO PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • If you have been sick within 14 days of your appointment and are exhibiting any symptoms whatsoever.

  • Symptoms include: Cough, Runny/Stuffy Nose, Headache, Fever, Chills, Sore Throat, Body Aches, Sneezing, Rash or Pink Eye.

  • Please understand that this seemingly strict policy is in place due to being self-employed. My goal is to lower the risk of getting sick and being out of work FOR YOU ☺️

  • In addition, per my cancelation policy: If you arrive to your appointment with any symptoms listed above, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and will then be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Please note that I won’t have any time to fill the space you were in so last minute. (Just call your girl and reschedule so I don’t have to implement this pleaseeeee.)
